Running P4WSAD on Mac OS X

PROBLEM

P4WSAD does not work on my Mac. Why not?
How do I get P4WSAD working on my Mac? Is there any special setting?

SOLUTION

The Eclipse plug-in on the Macintosh requires that the p4 executable be located in '/usr/bin', regardless of the p4 executable being in your path.

NOTE: The P4WSAD plug-in is not officially supported on the Mac.
